I am a musician, composer and sound artist. The focus of my work is to explore and highlight our sonic environment, through deep listening, sound walks, composing, listening and field recording, my current work involves creating participatory sound art.

I have a Masters in Sound for the Moving Image from The Glasgow School of Art and I am currently undertaking a practice based PhD in sonic arts and composition.

For the Bute trail I have created Shoreland - presented as a series of text scores and route map, available to collect at the Anchor Hub, which guide you along the coastline from Port Bannatyne to Craigmore, stopping at sheltered spots to read, listen and respond to the natural sounds and sonic qualities of the area.
