A self-taught artist, Dilys’ work is very much inspired by the contours of the natural world.

She is always learning and exploring new approaches and techniques in her art making. Her current focus is on using landscape as a starting place to make both literal and abstract images in acrylic and mixed media on canvas and paper.

Dilys’ work and colour palette are strongly influenced by a love outdoor spaces principally favourite locations around Bute in the Scottish Highlands.
